Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $50.00
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in various commercial HVAC systems to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, troubleshooting abilities, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with HVAC equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in the commercial HVAC field.
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification or a relevant technical degree is a plus.
