Pay: $18/hr ($21/hr during peak season)
Schedule: Full-Time | Permanent| Direct Hire
Start Dates: June class
Hours of Operation: • Mon–Fri 8 AM–8 PM • Sat 9 AM–5 PM (Must be flexible)

We pay for your Health Insurance License, all study materials, and your exam fees!

Benefit Enrollment Agent Job Summary
- Assist customers over phone, email, and chat
- Explain available medical plans in clear, simple language
- Conduct plan/cost comparisons
- Recommend and enroll customers in the best plan
- Navigate multiple computer systems while handling calls

- High School Diploma
- Confident, clear communicator
- Sales‐minded with strong customer service approach
- Comfortable with computers & multitasking
- Goal-oriented and detail-focused
- Ability to be flexible with shift hours
