**What Youll Be Doing:**
Assemble metal components with precision & quality.
Operate fabrication machinery safely & efficiently.
Perform grinding & finishing tasks to meet specifications.
Work alongside a skilled team to meet production goals.
Follow safety & quality procedures to ensure top-notch results.
**What Were Looking For:**
**Experience** in assembly, machine operation, or grinding (preferred but not required!).
Ability to work **straight day shift 7 AM to 3 PM**.
Physically fit for hands-on labor & long periods of standing.
Sharp attention to detail & commitment to high-quality work.
**Team player** with great communication skills.
**Willingness to learn & grow** in an exciting industry!
