Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX, for a Shop Technician. The Shop Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, performing troubleshooting tasks, and ensuring the proper operation of heavy equipment. Additional responsibilities include transportation and operation of forklifts, executing general shop tasks, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and Forklift Operation
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively in a team setting
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
