About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives while providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Support development of marketing and employee recruitment communications, including written content
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
- Collaborate with internal departments to create and update product information sheets
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms
- Update and maintain company website content
- Coordinate photo shoots and edit photos
- Manage employee merchandise store and inventory
- Prepare welcome kits for onboarding and field employees
- Create and distribute the monthly internal newsletter
- Support corporate gifting initiatives
- Compile data and maintain monthly Sales & Marketing KPIs
- Maintain marketing files, templates, brochures, resumes, photos, and narratives
- Collect and track internal and external customer feedback
- Assist with planning internal and external events, including industry trade shows
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid technical and professional writing abilities
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, and Eventbrite
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective storyteller with the ability to create compelling written and visual content
- Self-motivated, organized, professional, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML and WordPress preferred
- Graphic design, photography, and event planning experience are a plus
- Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
