Plumbing Technician Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots customer plumbing issues and recommends appropriate corrective action.
Educates the customer on the identified problem, required resolution, and preventative maintenance.
Collaborates with the Service Manager and other team members.
Utilize provided software along with tablet, and smartphone to track job information, and communicate with customers.
Ensures required safety precautions are implemented prior to starting work; tags equipment out of service as needed.
Maintains equipment, tools, and service vehicle.
Completes digital time and materials tickets.
Documents repairs before and after work is performed.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in residential or commercial (or both) plumbing service calls
Journeyman license preferred.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and prioritize plumbing issues.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in use of job site technology (e.g.- tablets, laptops, phone apps, etc.)
