• Coordinate department mail and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee document scanning and digital filing to maintain organized records.
• Support timekeeping processes and ensure compliance with company policies.• Proven experience in administrative roles, including payroll and office management.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
