As our VIP Bottle Server you are the face to our VIP bottle service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality VIP table service and manage bottle presentations
- Efficiently and accurately charge table total
- Deliver attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and service areas
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all bottle packages & details
- Coordinate closely with hosts, assistants, and management to ensure fast, seamless table service
- Adhered to uniform and ready to detail standards for picture perfect appearance throughout shift & promotional events
- Participate in marketing activities such as social media / photography / videography / outings & promotional events
- Actively engage to meet new clients and maintain clientele list to be able to pre book tables
- Anticipate guest needs to secure the maximum sale from a table sale and contribute to an elevated guest experience
