What You'll Be Doing
As our Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first step in someone’s transformation journey. Your job is to enroll the right clients into our coaching programs with clarity, empathy, and conviction.
Your Responsibilities:

Conduct 1:1 sales calls with warm, qualified leads

Identify each prospect’s true pain points and goals through deep, thoughtful conversation

Confidently communicate the value and transformation of our coaching programs

Maintain a clean and updated pipeline; follow up like a pro

Accurately log activity and results in our sales tracker

Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, systems, and client experience
Compensation & Commitment

Commission Only: 10% commission on every closed deal (average deal size: $3,900+)

Full-Time Contractor Role: You’ll invoice monthly; no base salary
