As a Dietitian, you will provide personalized nutritional care plans, ensure compliance with dietary regulations, and collaborate with clinical and culinary teams to promote optimal nutrition in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans
- Collaborate with medical staff to address dietary concerns, health conditions, and special diets
- Monitor residents' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed to enhance well-being
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to dietary services
- Provide nutritional counseling to residents, families, and staff on healthy eating habits and specialized diets
- Work closely with culinary teams to develop nutritious, appealing, and resident-centered menus
- Maintain accurate documentation in residents’ medical records regarding dietary plans and interventions
- Support quality improvement initiatives and promote best practices in nutrition and food service
Qualifications & Skills:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living preferred
- Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy, dietary guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
