Job Description:
A and W Wrestling Equipment and Adams Athletics, a family-owned business, is seeking a skilled Part-Time Welder to join our growing team. We are a mom-and-pop operation that specializes in creating innovative combat training tools for athletes and coaches worldwide. As we aim to scale our company by 25-30% by Q2 2025, we're looking for talented individuals who can help us achieve our goals and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and drill metal components with precision
- Perform MIG and TIG welding to join metals and create durable products
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure all welds meet quality control standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a welder with cutting, drilling, and measuring skills
- Familiarity with welding equipment and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
