Summary
The Park Planner (Landscape Architect), under the general direction of the Director of Planning and Operations, is responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of long-term and annual plans while managing and supporting all phases of project design, bidding, budgeting, and implementation, including supervising contractors and internal staff on multiple improvement projects. The Park Planner (Landscape Architect) is responsible for completing all assigned duties, tasks, and instructions in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

Seasoned project manager with experience leading capital and infrastructure projects from planning and design through bidding, construction, and closeout

End-to-end project delivery expertise, including cost estimating, construction documents, contract administration, inspections, payroll and prevailing wage compliance

Strong collaborator and coordinator, skilled in managing consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to achieve consensus and compliance

Strategic planner with experience in master planning, capital planning, grant writing, and administration of grant-funded projects

Technically proficient communicator, able to develop presentation-quality graphics, reports, and public presentations using industry-standard design and planning tools
