About the Position
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at a family-friendly bowling and entertainment center.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a fun atmosphere, and making sure every guest has a great experience. Our center offers bowling, arcade games, birthday parties, food, and entertainment for families, groups, and adults.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Assist customers with bowling reservations, lane assignments, and check-ins
- Answer questions about bowling, games, parties, food, and center activities
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately
- Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Work closely with other team members to provide excellent guest service
- Follow all company safety and customer-service policies
- Assist with other duties around the center as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, bowling, or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
