Crew Foreman – Post Frame Construction
Up to $10,000 Signing Bonus | Year-Round Work

Structural Buildings of MN, Inc. is hiring a skilled Post Frame Crew Foreman to lead field crews, drive quality, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Since 1985, we’ve built post-frame, steel-frame, stud-wall, SIP panel, and custom engineered structures across Minnesota and the surrounding region. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and team development.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage daily crew operations
Read and execute blueprints accurately
Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate with Project Managers & Field Superintendents
Solve issues on site and keep projects on schedule

What You Bring
Post-frame construction experience required
Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred
Valid MN driver’s license; Class A CDL is a plus
Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft
Strong communication, reliability, and work ethic
