Job DescriptionDegree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Aurora, IL Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Openings | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is working with school districts throughout the Aurora area to identify qualified Speech Language Pathologists for current and upcoming opportunities. We are seeking professionals who are passionate about helping students improve communication skills and reach their educational potential.

Assignments are available for both summer programs and the upcoming school year, with opportunities across a variety of grade levels and educational settings.

Position Overview

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 school year assignments
  • School-based setting
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Variety of caseloads available
  • Weekly pay
  • Pay Range: $40-$60 per hour
  • Potential for future assignment opportunities

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver therapy services to students with communication needs
  • Partner with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student support discussions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service records
  • Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
