Job DescriptionJoin a well-established manufacturer of air conditioning units as a Production Painter III (Wet Coat). In this role, you will support production by preparing, spraying, and handling parts using liquid paint systems while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities

• Apply liquid/wet coat paint using spray equipment per work instructions
• Monitor paint coverage, thickness, and finish quality
• Perform basic surface prep as needed (cleaning, masking, inspection)
• Maintain a clean and organized paint area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Follow all safety, quality, and attendance expectations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Ability to work quickly while following instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to complete pre-employment screening
