The compensation range for this role is detailed below. Actual pay will be determined based on experience.

$32.00 - $48.00

Position Highlights

*Potential eligibility for a $30,000 sign-on bonus!

Student Loan Repayment: This role may qualify for our Student Loan Repayment Program, which assists in paying off your loans. Each month, an additional payment of $167 (up to $10,000) will help reduce your principal balance more quickly.

Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, every third weekend/holiday; 72 hours per two weeks

A Brief Overview

As a nursing professional, you will provide care by formulating nursing diagnoses, setting care objectives, and implementing interventions. You will offer physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, their families, and friends, helping them understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills while monitoring changes in needs and adjusting care plans accordingly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver resident care by reviewing physician orders, communicating the nursing care plan, and coordinating with the healthcare team while providing comprehensive support to residents and their families.
  • Develop nursing care plans by gathering medical histories, assessing residents, documenting their physical and psychological conditions, and collaborating with families to establish nursing diagnoses and care objectives.
  • Educate residents and their families about healthcare needs by setting care goals, providing instructions on conditions, medications, and self-care, and addressing any questions.
  • Assess resident care by adhering to therapeutic standards, evaluating health outcomes, reviewing records, and modifying care plans as necessary.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols, medication management procedures, and legal regulations while addressing potential concerns.
  • Maintain resident care equipment by adhering to operating instructions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring supplies are stocked and maintained.
  • Manage the inventory of resident care supplies by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders as necessary.
  • Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers within the facility.
  • Oversee and coordinate the workflow of nursing assistants and other nursing staff.
  • Stay updated on nursing competencies as outlined by leadership.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Must possess an active license from the Board of Nursing in the state of practice upon hire.


Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.
