We are looking for a General Manager to join our growing upscale dining group. The right candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, loves food, and has a passion for hospitality! Food quality and restaurant cleanliness are some of the important standards to adhere to.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Projecting a positive attitude & having high energy is extremely important
- Ability to connect with the staff, create a positive fun work environment and get everyone moving in the same direction
- LBW ordering
- Scheduling and coaching staff
- Working high volume shifts
- Utilize guest recovery techniques
- Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to health department standards all food safety protocols
- Cash handling and payment processing
- Create a warm, hospitable work environment for all staff
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Capacity to work in a fast paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100k-$120k
- Competitive Base Salary with a performance-based bonus program offering the opportunity to earn up to 15% of your annual salary.
