Position Summary
This position is primarily responsible for supervising daily planning, organizing, and operations of the distribution center. Oversees distribution functions, including receiving, replenishment and inventory control.

Essential Functions
· Supervises warehouse activities.
· Ensures associate compliance to protocols and standards.
· Supervises inbound deliveries to ensure accuracy.
· Ensures the warehouse inventory is clearly identified and readily accessible.
· Ensures products for delivery are routed to the appropriate clients.
· Monitors and tracks the progress of deliveries.
· Supervises document preparations for transfer to other department/shipping.
· Schedules inventory counts.
· Maintains, if not surpasses, quality expectations and standards required from the department.
· Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
· Addresses customers queries.
· Assists in the recruitment, hiring, and terminating process as needed.
· Trains new associates to become a valuable part of the team.
· Reviews associate performances and provides feedback and suggestions for improvement.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
· 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical operations at the supervisor level.
· Management of Pharmaceutical records and documentation.
· Dependability and willingness to accommodate work schedule.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Good customer service skills.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.),
· Eye for detail and accuracy.
· Flexible and multi-tasking abilities.
· Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
· Actively listen, attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others.
· Accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
· Ability to resolve conflict with others in a professional manner.

Skills and Abilities
Education: Associate degree or previous work equivalent.
Experience: Two+ years of warehouse supervisory or similar management position / pharmaceutical distribution industry preferred
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and Outlook,
Other Skills: Proactive thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and possess strong time management skills.
