Title:HEDIS Outreach Coordinator
Location: Burbank,CA
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hedis Outreach Coordinator to join our client in Burbank, CA. This role is crucial in enhancing pediatric outreach efforts and ensuring compliance with Hedis measures. The ideal candidate will have strong experience
in data management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data searches and data entry tasks.
- Utilize software such as Alterra for scheduling pediatric appointments.
- Communicate with parents via text to schedule appointments for their children.
- Gather and manage immunization records, shot records, and medication records.
- Create and present reports for MediCal related to Hedis measures.
- Perform data analytics and track month-over-month reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a non-patient-facing role.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and pivot tables.
- Experience in data entry and creating reports for providers.
- Ability to track and analyze month-over-month reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is a must.
- Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
- Ability to create and present reports effectively.
- Experience in healthcare administration is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
