This position is ideal for candidates seeking well-rounded, meaningful experience providing mental health services to a diverse population of clients. As a School-Based Mental Health Therapist with The Village Family Service Center, you will work in a supportive and flexible environment that values professional growth and ongoing learning. The role offers opportunities to progress toward independent licensure, develop proficiency in innovative and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and continually expand your clinical skill set while making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of children, adults, and families within a school-based setting. Qualified applicants will possess a master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy and be licensed or license-eligible (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LPC, LPCC).

Pay Range: Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56,000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61,000 plus incentive pay. Salary range is dependent on experience and licensure. Please reach out if you have questions on the salary range to HR@thevillagefamily.org. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual bonuses available to qualified staff for meeting productivity goals.
Job Qualifications/requirements:
- Master's degree in a human service field or behavioral science field
- Fully licensed or be on licensure track
- Training in trauma-specific therapy modules is preferred but not required.
