Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses

Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive care

Educate patients on preventive measures and wellness

Qualifications:

MSN or DNP from an accredited program
</li>
<li>
Certified FNP (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
</li>
<li>
Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania
</li>
<li>
Experience in primary care or family health
</li>
