Power Washing Assistant/Laborer

***$300.00 SIGNING BONUS***

S&D Prime Maintenance is looking for laborers to assist with power washing. Applicant would also assist with garage washings, painting, carpet cleaning, and other maintenance services as needed. Applicant must have experience in power washing various surfaces as well as some equipment knowledge; garage washing experience is a plus.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• MUST have some experience with residential and commercial pressure cleaning
• MUST have experience with hot and cold power washing equipment
• Ability to problem solve and ability to make smart decisions
• Responsible for helping maintain all equipment
• Motivated self-starter professional that works well with others
• Dedicated to high quality work
• Have a CAN-DO attitude
• Able to lift 50+ pounds

MUST have a valid Illinois Driver’s license and good motor vehicle record. MUST be able to pass pre-employment and drug screening. Starting pay based on experience. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.

Our team consists of many field technicians who have a trade specialty but also have multiple and other trade experience and knowledge for the ability to maintain the overall buildings and properties we service.

We additionally have office and support staff to assist in perform the quoting, communication, technical support & researching, scheduling, materials & parts sourcing and pickup, and billing responsibilities with the technicians in the field.

The company primarily utilizes digital platforms for a majority of our services and procedures along with phones & tablets in the field for the technicians to keep up with the evolutions and advancements of our trades, properties, and growing customer base.

Our normal operating schedule is Monday through Friday with emergency/on-call services when needed on nights and weekends.
