Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Injector (RN/NP/PA) who is passionate about aesthetics and committed to delivering outstanding results with excellent patient care. This role involves advanced injectable treatments, consultations, treatment planning, patient education, and contributing to the growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities

Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, biostimulators, and additional advanced injectable modalities.

Conduct comprehensive consultations: assess medical history, aesthetic goals, facial anatomy, and develop customized treatment plans.

Educate patients on treatment options, risks, after-care, and maintenance, and recommend appropriate adjunctive services.

Uphold clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and clinical standards.

Collaborate with front-desk and marketing staff to deliver seamless patient experiences and contribute to patient retention and growth.

Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in aesthetics and injectables.
Qualifications & Skills

Valid and unrestricted license in Illinois as Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) or equivalent.

Minimum 1–3 years hands-on experience in injectables in a med-spa or cosmetic dermatology environment.

Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, safe injection practices, and aesthetic assessment.

Refined aesthetic intuition with a natural, individualized approach to beauty. Fully committed to patient safety, artistry, and natural results.

Competitive compensation: base pay ($35-55 per hour depending on experience) + commission + performance bonuses = $75-175k+ earning potential
