Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, and personnel to and from job sites, supporting critical oilfield operations.Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A or Class B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1–2 years of commercial driving experience (oilfield preferred).
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and oilfield driving conditions.
- Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and on a rotational schedule.
- Physically able to climb, lift, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
Preferred Experience
- Previous oilfield hauling experience (water, sand, or equipment).
- HAZMAT and/or Tanker endorsements (a plus).
- Knowledge of Midland / Permian Basin routes and job site operations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A or Class B commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
- Haul oilfield equipment, materials, water, and/or sand to well sites and facilities.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance, and report issues.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and trip documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and client site rules.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and field teams.
- Provide support in loading/unloading and ensuring secure transport of materials.
