Pay Rate: $42 - $49 per hour

Requirements:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Master's Preferred)
- Required: California Clear or Preliminary Resource Specialist Teaching Credential in Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe
- Strong skills in assessment, case management, and communication
- Experience with Special Education Systems, like SEIS and/or Welligent
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Confident computer technology skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' unique learning needs and strengths
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
- Provide direct instruction and support to students with mild, moderate, and severe special education needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust educational plans accordingly
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and other service providers to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
- Maintain detailed case management records and documentation
