Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 2-3 Days On Site/ Remote)
Duration: 1 Year Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $17-$18 Hourly Based On Experience

Must Haves:
At least 2+ Years of dispatching and customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Needs to be tech savvy (Microsoft applications)
High School diploma or equivalent
Day to Day:
- Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle. These calls will be 2-3 Minute each in length assisting customers with automotive warranty and coverage of their policies.
