LHH is currently hiring an Office Manager for an established commercial construction company that values teamwork, integrity, and a positive work environment based in Music City. Their projects are exciting and well known around the Nashville area, and the people make it all happen. If you’re organized, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for office operations and team support. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing daily office activities and ensuring everything runs efficiently.

Coordinating schedules and communication between office and field teams.

Handling vendor relationships, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

Maintaining accurate records for contracts, permits, and compliance.

Overseeing office supplies and creating a welcoming workspace.

Assisting with HR tasks like onboarding and payroll support.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role (construction experience is a BIG plus! …. But not required for consideration).

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a bonus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of accounting and HR processes preferred.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
