St. Louis Cruise Shuttle is seeking reliable and professional CDL Class A or B Drivers to join our team. This role involves safely operating motorcoaches and shuttle buses to transport passengers while delivering a high level of customer service. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, punctual, and comfortable interacting with passengers in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate motorcoaches and shuttle buses in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Transport passengers to and from airports, events, hotels, cruise terminals, and other designated locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers as needed (luggage, directions, etc.)
• Follow scheduled routes and timeframes while adapting to traffic and weather conditions
• Accurately complete logs, reports, and required documentation

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A or B license
• Passenger (P) endorsement required
• Air Brake endorsement required
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience driving motorcoaches, charter buses, or shuttle buses
• Familiarity with the St. Louis area and surrounding routes
