The Client Services Manager leads client engagement efforts, ensuring that each client receives exceptional care and a seamless experience. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing service delivery, addressing feedback, and collaborating across departments to enhance performance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary liaison among clients and agency staff

  • Conduct regular check-ins and home visits to assess satisfaction and quality of care with clients

  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth service implementation

  • Provide assistance and support for clients with Long-Term Care Insurance

  • Analyze client feedback to recommend service improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, effective service delivery

  • Participate in the on-call rotation (after-hours and holidays)

  • Foster a professional, respectful, and compassionate culture aligned with company values

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support agency operations

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Management, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of management experience in home care, healthcare, or related service industry.

  • Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations, preferred.

Work Environment


  • Hybrid/remote based role with frequent travel to client homes or community events.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Competitive salary - $25.00-$30.00/hr

  • HRA Account with reimbursement of up to $325.00/monthly

  • Paid time off and holidays up to 3 weeks per year

  • Retirement plan eligibility after one (1) of employment with up to a 4% match, with profit sharing
