Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active and current California OT license
- Prior experience or clinical fieldwork in educational or school-based settings
- Strong understanding of special education and standardized assessments
- Familiarity with educational terminology and the special education process
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to K–12 students across multiple school sites (assignments and case loads may vary)
- Conduct evaluations and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve educational goals
- Maintain updated and thorough documentation within special education requirements
- Utilize knowledge of CDE guidelines for OT best practices
