Job DescriptionSalary:

HeadCount Inventory Services, a division of Crop Quest, is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service and multitasking skills to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and train feedyards on the latest HeadCount technologies, drive sales efforts, and play a key role in expanding and supporting territories across the High Plains region - including Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas. Responsibilities:

  • Help drive sales for HeadCount Inventory Services.
  • Support and train Feedyards on the latest HeadCount technologies.
  • Provide training for the Quality Control Team.
  • Operate drone/UAV for various applications.
  • Utilize agricultural software effectively.
  • Process and interpret data.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Prepare and deliver educational and promotional presentations.
  • Travel in-state and out-of-state as required.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Ag Business or General Business (preferred).
  • Previous sales experience (preferred)
  • Agriculture Industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong time management and self-motivation skills
  • FAA Part 107 certification (can be obtained upon onboarding).

Additional Information:

  • This role will cover regions including Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas, exploring growing territories and supporting established territories.
  • Centrally located to help support established and growing areas.
  • Training will be conducted at HQ and local feedyards with a home office and dedicated staff to ensure smooth integration.
  • Responsibilities will also include hardware/software support, manual flight planning, field operations, sales/marketing tasks, demos, onboarding, yard mapping, full yard counts, audits, R&D operations, and participation in trade shows, events, and associations.
