Job DescriptionProject Coordinator-Construction LHH Recruitment is working with a small construction company in North Scottsdale who is in search of a project coordinator to join their team.
This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You must have a few years of construction project coordination to be considered. Salary is up to $70,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with scheduling, workflow coordination, and project documentation
- Prepare, update, and track project files, proposals, purchase orders, and change orders
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and materials to ensure on-time completion
- Support job site logistics, permits, inspections, and compliance requirements
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking as needed
- Provide reliable operational support to ensure projects stay organized and on track
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work fully onsite in a professional, team-focused environment

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
