RTD Talent Solutions is currently working with 2 clients that have open Director of Nursing Roles.
Open Roles:
- Director of Nursing (DON) – Outpatient Surgical Center
- Director of Nursing (DON) – Home Health
As Director of Nursing, you would be responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of nursing and clinical services within the organization.
The Director of Nursing ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant patient care while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
This role partners closely with executive leadership, medical providers, and administrative teams to establish and maintain clinical standards, drive quality improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability across the nursing department.
Key job Duties:
- Supervise and oversee all nursing personnel to ensure high standards of clinical care and professional practice.
- Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and support nursing staff to maintain appropriate coverage and competency.
- Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation and record-keeping.
- Lead infection control and patient safety programs to maintain a safe care environment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support clinical operations, strategic initiatives, and performance reporting.
