Responsibilities
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH
- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate shipping software and tools effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
