Position Summary
Vertical Raise is seeking experienced and highly motivated former athletes and coaches to join our team as Territory Athletic Sales Managers. This role is ideal for individuals ready to transition from the classroom, athletic office, or coaching environment into a dynamic, field‑based career supporting school athletic programs.
In the Tri‑Cities region, you will work directly with major athletic programs such as Chiawana High School, Pasco High School, Richland High School, Kamiakin High School, Southridge High School, and Kennewick High School, along with middle schools, club teams, and collegiate programs. You’ll help them run high‑impact fundraising campaigns using our industry‑leading digital platform.
This position offers full schedule autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student‑athletes and school communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, athletic directors, and school administrators
- Present and promote the Vertical Raise fundraising platform and services
- Guide teams through the planning, launch, and execution of fundraising campaigns
- Ensure client satisfaction and help programs exceed their fundraising goals
- Represent Vertical Raise with professionalism, integrity, and community‑focused leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a coach or athletic director at the NCAA or high school level (REQUIRED) OR 4 years of collegiate or professional athletic experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong understanding of school athletic programs and fundraising needs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Highly competitive, self‑driven, and results‑oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree (REQUIRED)
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
