Indeed Solutions is a Black Owned, mission-driven company that helps underprivileged individuals clients get approved for housing, including apartments, houses, and townhomes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, full-time Personal Assistant, Social media associate & Travel Agent to support our CEO and help expand our impact nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling, and managing communications
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for social media content
Actively appear in and assist with recording and editing social media videos
Help clients secure housing in out-of-state locations by coordinating rental opportunities and picking up move-in keys for corresponding clients.
Maintain detailed records, follow up on action items, and ensure all assignments are completed on time

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Open availability and strong desire to travel frequently across the U.S.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Comfortable being on camera and collaborating on creative digital content
Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently in high-pressure environments
Passionate about helping others, especially those facing housing barriers
Able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency

Position Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel: Frequent domestic travel required
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with travel expenses covered & Per Diem
