A leading medical device manufacturer in San Diego is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their 1st shift team. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing both standard and custom medical devices, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to work instructions
- Perform visual inspections and identify nonconforming materials
- Accurately complete production records and training documentation
- Assist with cross-functional manufacturing tasks to support operational needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with 3D printing and machine operations a plus
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with solid communication skills
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Compensation: $18.25/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4am - 12:30pm (occasional Saturday overtime)
