Therapist-Owned ~ Patient-Focused ~ Growth-Oriented

Salary: $72,500$90,000 (base + performance incentives)
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (no weekends)

We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations, seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our Exton, PA clinics. Our model is simple: low patient volume (avg 10VPD), high-quality one-on-one care, and an environment where your clinical judgment matters.

Your Role


  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based, hands-on manual therapy and progressive exercise programs
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management techniques
  • Document progress in accordance with insurance and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care

Qualifications


  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
  • Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Manual therapy experience preferred, but not requiredmentorship provided
