Tiered Per-Visit Pay
$55$85 per visit, depending on weekly visit volume
Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay
Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month
Full-Time Salaried Option
Guaranteed salary with predictable caseload
PRN Flex
Higher per-evaluation rate compared to full-time roles

Coverage Area
Patients are located throughout Ossining, NY, depending on the clinician's location. There are also patients located in a facility. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)
Qualifications
- Active New York Occupational Therapy license
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
- New graduates encouraged to apply
