Requirements

<li>No More Than 3 Minor&nbsp;Preventables&nbsp;In the Last 5 Years</li>
<li>No More Than One Major Preventable in the Last 5 Years</li>
<li>No DWI/DUI/DVI in the Last 10 Years</li>
<li>No 15 or Over Tickets</li>
<li>Must Meet FMCSA Requirements</li>
