Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, DOE

Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday; Hybrid work environment

Job Responsibilities

Digital Portfolio Oversight

  • Monitor and audit digital presence across all platforms, including but not limited to:
    • Company website
    • ILS platforms
    • Google Business
    • Geofencing and competitor performance

Marketing Execution

  • Support quick-turn marketing efforts, such as:
    • Processing HelpDesk tickets
    • Updating concession specials
    • Coordinating photography, video, and virtual tour shoots
    • Implementing and maintaining digital assets across all channels
    • Managing digital asset storage and organization
  • Respond to Google reviews as needed
  • Audit and update unit floor plans
  • Create simple designs in Canva
  • Place print and SWAG orders as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date branded files
  • Track approved budgets and timelines

Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze advertisement performance and provide actionable recommendations, including but not limited to:
    • ILS budget adjustments
    • Boosted social media ads
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Physical marketing presence (signage, A-boards, flags, etc.)
  • Review and analyze Reputation.com KPIs and recommend improvements
  • Identify community outreach opportunities and support local events
  • Visit assigned community portfolio annually to provide a findings summary, along with a recommended marketing budget for the following fiscal year
  • Collaborate on marketing reports and offer data-driven recommendations
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline, enhance, and improve the marketing presence of Thrive and its communities
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of on-site experience in residential property management
  • Prior marketing experience, preferably within property management, real estate, or a related industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, Knock, RentCafe, and Canva (Enterprise preferred)
  • Ability to identify off-brand marketing and provide improvement suggestions
  • Exceptional attention to detail for reviewing and maintaining accuracy in marketing assets
  • Strong proofreading skills and ability to write limited copy when needed
  • Knowledge of property management advertising platforms and industry-specific marketing regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to travel to property sites as needed

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Estimated 10% of time is spent on feet and 90% sitting at a desk.
    • Use of a computer and other office/ desk equipment 90% of the time.
    • Ability to work on in-office team days, 1-2 per week at the Thrive Home Office in Seattle (additional as needed)
