Validation Engineer | Walker, MI
Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software.
- Document all validation activities, including test results, deviations, and conclusions, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and implement improvements to existing validation procedures and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to ensure validation requirements are met.
- Perform revalidation activities as required by regulatory changes, process modifications, or equipment lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues and deviations.
- Maintain validation documentation and records in a compliant and organized manner.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel involved in validation activities.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and reporting for validation activities.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing technologies and their validation challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- - Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO 13485.
- - Knowledge of automation and robotics in a manufacturing setting.
- - Proficiency in scripting languages for automated testing (e.g., Python).
