Start Date / End Date: ASAP End of School Year (with potential for extension)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based role supporting a middle school caseload in a welcoming suburban district just south of the Twin Cities. This position offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and school staff in a supportive educational environment.

Caseload & Job Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services in alignment with students IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized and school-based assessment tools

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development

Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to support student access and participation in the educational environment

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary special education teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
Compensation
-
Pay Rate: Approximately $45$55 per hour, based on experience

Pay is negotiable for the right candidate
Qualifications

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)

Active Minnesota OT License (required)

School-based experience preferred, but not required

Familiarity with special education processes, IEPs, and educational terminology

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
