A global nonwoven textiles manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager in the Lincoln County, North Carolina area.
 
Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and refine operational policies, systems, and best practices</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations and lead the operations team</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards</li>
<li>Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and training</li>
<li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation</li>
<li>Optimize workflows for efficiency and productivity</li>
<li>Manage staffing, recruitment, and training</li>
</ul>
 
Candidates Must Have:
<ul>
<li>3+ years in a production supervisory role </li>
<li>Experience in textile manufacturing is strongly preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of OSHA requirements</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree is preferred</li>
</ul>
