Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Must be able to work some day shifts, evening shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage kitchen personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Company DescriptionBack in 1997, fresh out of college, some friends got together in Sandy Springs (just north of Atlanta) to figure out the answer to a burning question - what do we do next? "Corporate jobs" seemed out of the question, so what's a crew to do?
Well, these guys chose to follow grandma's advice and "do what makes you happy." Which, most weekends, meant eating wings, drinking beer and watching sports on TV. And so, the first Wing Factory was born.
Of course, with little to no restaurant experience, this band of local Atlanta boys needed some help, so they recruited a recent ATL transplant - and life-long restaurant veteran - to make the dream come true.
20-something years later, that Jersey transplant -Owner Mike Giovine - is still at the helm and what started as a 700-square-foot wing shack has grown to 4 locations and millions (probably) served.
One thing hasn't changed. We love to eat wings, drink beer and watch sports on TV. Stop by and see what we mean by Neighborhood Eats.
