We are currently looking for an upbeat, personable, driven & self-starting individual with a strong work ethic, great attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. This candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail. Punctuality and attendance are of extreme importance.
What this position looks like for you:
- Breaking out and scheduling production jobs
- Daily Communication with production managers and superintendents
- Maintaining the production goals within the department
- Assisting with utilities as needed
- Assisting with permits as needed
- Assisting with invoicing as needed
- Assisting with apt center as needed
- Assisting with customer care as needed
- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager

- Prior extensive experience in scheduling, preferably crews.
- Multi-Tasking
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational skills.
- Logistics experience preferred
