This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape operations as our franchise expands. Responsibilities

<li>Serve as the licensed authority overseeing all plumbing operations. </li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with all applicable plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards. </li>
<li>Provide professional guidance and oversight to plumbing teams in the field. </li>
<li>Review and approve plumbing plans, installations, and repair work. </li>
<li>Maintain quality control and uphold the integrity of all completed plumbing projects. </li>

Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Valid and current Master Plumber license (State of Minnesota). </li>
<li>Extensive experience in plumbing, drains, and excavation. </li>
<li>Deep understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices. </li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.</li>
