Dental Hygienist – Part-Time (Days flexible)

We are a small, well‐established general dental practice with one doctor and four operatories seeking a Full‐Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly, patient‐focused team. Dental Hygienist Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, prophylaxis, and preventive dental care
- Conduct periodontal assessments for signs of disease
- Take and review digital dental X‐rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate electronic dental records
- Clean, sharpen, and sterilize dental instruments following OSHA and infection control guidelines
- Support and maintain a comprehensive dental hygiene program
- Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to deliver high‐quality patient care
Dental Hygienist Qualifications
- Active Ohio Dental Hygienist license (RDH)
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong customer service and ability to build long‐term patient relationships
- Reliable, professional, and team‐oriented
- Experience with Curve Dental software preferred (not required)
Schedule
- 4 day work week Monday-Thursday
- 9-5
- no weekends or Holidays
