We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Specialist to join our client’s finance team. This role is responsible for monitoring billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, resolving discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for numbers, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.

Review contracts and agreements to ensure billing compliance.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure billing accuracy.

Maintain and update billing records and documentation.

Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.

Monitor accounts receivable

Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ERP systems and automated billing processes.

Knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
